Things That Made Me

Things That Made Me is a collection of poetry that started as a list of junk—literal junk. A cassette tape, a sticky action figure, the hum of a CRT television at 3AM. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was writing eulogies for my childhood in the form of poetry. These poems were built from the artifacts I kept long after I stopped calling them toys or memories. Some of them are true. Some are warped by time and bad reception. All of them are mine.
