My first internet commercial

So, I was approached by Brisk to do a silly little commercial for their new (free!) game on the Apple App Store and Android Marketplace – Brisksaber. Within 20 minutes the following video was conceived. I hope you like it.

Pondering proposals

The entire relationship I share with Kelsey is a very special one. Every day there’s little moments that remind me that she’s the one. I’ve never been this happy before. Keep in mind I’m not a 13-year-old girl who says that about every relationship. I really mean it. That girl makes me happier than I’ve ever been in my entire life. She truly makes life worth living.

Every attempt at giving her a ring involved me going “Here. Take it.” and giving it to her. Granted, these aren’t engagement rings. I want the actual engagement to be something special, so I downplayed every other time I’ve given her a ring. The next time I give her a ring it’s going to be the real deal. There’s only one problem. I have no idea how to properly propose.

A meme proposal is out of the question. She made that quite clear. Maybe I could dress my cat up as a pony and have a ring attached to her saddle? Nah.. I’ll think of something that’ll do our relationship justice.

2012 is going to be a big year. The world is about to begin. A whole new world is on the horizon.

Prepare your anus.

I got my driver’s permit

Fuck. Yeah.

I aced the sign and sight tests and got an 80/100 on the written test. All things considering, I didn’t do half as bad as I thought I would at 8:30 in the morning. I didn’t sleep well last night at all and took the test in full-blown zombie mode. I got worried when the guy before me failed and the old man across the table from me gave up and left. Even though most of the test was common sense, I’m proud of myself. Before I know it I’ll be driving to Springfield to see my girl. smilieface.jpg

Back from Orlando

I had the best time ever in Orlando with Kelsey. 5 glorious days with the love of my life. Ah, it can’t get much better than that.

I flew for the first time. To be honest, I handled it like a boss. Well, except during take off when I muttered “Jesus, don’t take the wheel.” …or something like that. But everything was fine. Felt weird at first and we encountered a little turbulence, but all was good in the hood. As someone who always wanted to travel to space, I realized that flying in an airplane was the closest I’d ever get and that I needed to man up and be adventurous for once. I gotta say, I love having a girlfriend that brings out a side of me that I never knew I had.

I’m looking forward to marrying that girl. Really, I am. The fact her parents like me makes things all the better. I get a happy family vibe when I’m around them and I’ve never felt more at home. I think when I finally do pop the question and we make things official they will welcome me with open arms. Or in the very least, they won’t stab me.

It’s been more than a week since I’ve got back and I’m still adjusting. I miss having Kelsey by my side. On the bright side, we might get to go see Hollywood Undead on November 6th. Not set in stone yet but it’s a possibility. I’ll take any chance I can get to spend time with her.

Now, enough of this love dove shit. Time to watch Jurassic Park.
